Work Injury

Back injury is the most common work injury.   Other common work injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, headaches, and neck and shoulder pain, are caused by repetitive stress.  These are work injuries even if work activity is only partially responsible.

Dr. Holcombe has been treating work injuries for several years, handling many cases of worker's compensation.

If you are ever injured at work report the injury as soon as possible to your supervisor.  If your employer does not provide you with a list of their doctors following the accident or injury, you can go to a doctor of your choice.

Jefferson Spine Center is equipped to handle all therapy and treatment for your work injuries.  We are trained in the proper documentation for Worker's Compensation Cases.

For more information on Worker's Compensation in the Washington, DC area, please visit www.dcworkerscomp.com

If you have questions about whether you are eligible for treatment, please call the number above.

Fraudulent filing of Worker's Compensation claims is a felony, subject to up to 5 years in prison or fines up to $50,000 or double the value of fraud, whichever is greater, or by both imprisonment and fine.
